Returns and Exchanges

Click Sophia appreciates you, and your satisfaction is our highest priority. Although quality is our number #1 concern, problems can happen. On the topics of international orders, unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Defective merchandise

In case of defects, you will have up to 30 days from receiving the order to notify us. We will then ask for visual proof of the defect. After this is confirmed, we will refund the full value of the product. Visual proof of any defects must be sent to our e-mail contact@clicksophia.com.br


All refunds that are approved will be made through PayPal within 5 business days. Refunds will be made to the same PayPal account that the order was made with. If you paid with another payment method, we ask that you create a PayPal account so that the refund can be made.
